If something doesn't fit, you can make use of the 14-day right of return.
Above all, please try on all bottoms over your own underwear and only remove labels and tags when everything fits and you want to keep the goods! To return items, they must be unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please also keep your invoice for any return.
To start the return, please send a message to contact@completelyme.eu. Once we have accepted your return, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
ATTENTION: Items returned to us without prior confirmation will not be accepted. If you have any questions, you can always contact us at contact@completelyme.eu.
Defects in goods: Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to identify the problem right away and fix it as quickly as possible.
Excluded from the right of return: If a product is excluded from exchange, you will be informed of this directly in the product description! Unfortunately vouchers cannot be returned.
Exchanges: The quickest way to exchange an item is to initiate the return process as described above. Once the return has been accepted, you can re-purchase the item you want.
Refund: We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If the returned items are ok, the original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
